The Destroyer, Creator of horrid and twisted things

While the good gods of KINTHUR were creating the beautiful and wondrous, R’ktar, who was without imagination or the ability to create true life, began twisting those things that others had made.  It is said that all the races of goblin-kind were the result of his twisting of the human mind.  Even the dreaded Shadow dragon was nothing more than an imitation of the twisted soul, which R’ktar

carries within him.  His brother Un’til is more sane and methodical in his acts.  Though they oftentimes are working together to thwart other gods, even R’ktar is bound by the Covenant

It is thought that before there was light, there existed darkness without form or purpose.  The creation of light and all the wondrous things that were fashioned from it angered the darkness.  R’ktar is the embodiment of that anger.  His mind, such that it is, is twisted back upon itself so much that even his brother fears R’ktar’s anger.  Lacking the ability to truly create, R’ktar has tried to mimic and corrupt every race, deed or item made by another deity.  Those powerful and monstrous creatures of the dark one has heard only whispered in darkness are either his creation, or allies he as forged in the recesses of some forbidden plane.  They are, but are not limited to: Cthulhu, Azathoth, Dagon, the Deep Ones, the Elder Things, Vecna, and even Mortis-Ank-Vorthal.  These unspeakable horrors have corrupted all that they touch and destroyed countless souls.  Only the Covenant prevents R’ktar from unleashing the worst of his nightmares upon the land.
